Submission size (2D): 36” x 48” maximum
Sculpture size (3D): 36” x 36” x 36” maximum
Larger pieces may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Artist may be required to provide
easels for larger framed art. Artist may be required to set up larger or delicate pieces
themselves at specific times, required for judging and final display.
All photography and paintings should be framed and artist should provide a method of hanging,
or a point of attachment. For artwork that weighs 20 lbs or more, please provide an easel.
Sculptures should have felt contacts on the bottom of the piece to prevent scratching tabletops.
Any artwork that needs to be installed by means other than an easel or table-top (as
described above) should be coordinated with the Artwalk Committee prior to entering. No
installations will be allowed which will be mechanically fastened to floors, walls, ceilings, or any
other part of the venue.
Completed Registration, including submittal of a Digital image (JPG format) of your artwork, must be submitted online by noon on July 14, 2017.
Artwork drop-off is Friday, July 28 (2pm- 5pm);or Saturday, July 29 (10am-2pm) and should be brought to the loading dock
area at the venue (in the back of the building facing the freeway) where Artwalk Committee staff will check you in and give further directions.
Immediately following the conclusion of the event, we ask that you please take your artwork with you (or arrange for its pickup by others if necessary). NO ARTWORK SHALL REMAIN AT THE VENUE FOLLOWING THE EVENT.
We will make an announcement during the event with instructions for pick-up of your submission(s).
